01What this site is

Casino Globe is a register of public licence information about online casinos, drawn as a globe. It is not a casino: no account, no deposit, no bet. Nothing can be played here.

02Adults only

You must be at least 18 and at least the legal gambling age of your market, whichever is higher. Minors must not enter. The age check is your declaration; a false one breaches these terms.

03Your jurisdiction, your responsibility

Gambling law differs by country and region. The entry notice tells you what the register records for your market. Following your local law is your responsibility; a VPN or a false declaration does not change it.

04A listing is not permission

No listing, licence or verdict on this site states that playing is legal for you. An offshore licence does not make play legal where a local licence is required.

05Public pages and the entry notice

The record pages, guides, tools and these texts are public. Every visitor and every search engine gets the same page. The globe's data, the downloads, the forms and the links to casinos open only after the entry notice.

06Evidence, not advice

Each licence shows its evidence: what an official register showed and on which day. Its state is confirmed, listed, unconfirmed, expired or suspended; only confirmed and listed licences count as active. Listed means seen on the register on the register date (2 Oct 2026) and not checked again since. A licence reads “Licensed” for your market only when a check at most 14 days old found it in force on the official register; otherwise a licence that covers your market reads “Listed”.

Licences change; check the regulator's own register before relying on anything. The register is in French: where the English differs, the French original prevails. Nothing here is legal, financial or gambling advice. A wrong record: Corrections.

07Paid placements

A casino may pay for placement. A paid casino gets a bigger star, its package's colour, first place in the globe's lists and the PAID label, and all of it only for a visitor whose verdict for that casino is “Licensed”. Every other visitor sees it exactly like an unpaid casino. Unpaid casinos are labelled UNPAID and carry no link and no domain. The public record pages carry no placement: their lists are A–Z.

Payment never changes licence data, an evidence state, a verdict or a warning.

08Links to casinos

A paid casino's link goes through this site first. It opens only when your verdict for that casino is “Licensed” (the market you declared licenses it, and a check at most 14 days old confirmed the licence), your connection comes from that market, the site's data is at most 7 days old, and the site may lawfully advertise it there: gambling advertising is not prohibited there, and no registration that market requires of an affiliate is missing. Everywhere else the link is closed.

The link is advertising: the casino paid for its placement, and Casino Globe may also earn a commission from it. What you do on a casino's own site is between you and its operator.

09Ranking

Only active licences are stars on the globe. Paid placements rank first, marked PAID, where they are shown as paid; others by reported revenue or, where none is public, by register footprint (marked EST.). A reported figure carries its source. A rank is not a rating.

10Fair use

Do not scrape the site heavily, get round the entry notice, pass its data to people who have not passed it, or use it to target minors or markets where gambling is prohibited.

11Liability

The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Casino Globe is not liable for decisions taken on its information, for the casinos listed, or for gambling losses. Nothing here limits liability the law does not allow to be limited.

12Changes and contact
