Privacy

No account, no analytics cookie, no advertising tracker. Below: what the site stores, why, and for how long. That is the entry cookies, your language choice if you make one, a weekly key made from your network, the forms you choose to send, and the newsletter list if you join it.

01In short

No account, no analytics cookie, no advertising tracker, no profiling, no sale of data.

02Who to write to

The controller of your data is:

T911 LLC
1209 Mountain Road Place NE, #6519, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States

Questions about your data: apply@casino-globe.com.

03Entry cookies

__Host-cg_gate records your entry declaration: market, age threshold, time, terms version and a random session id. It is signed and cannot be read by scripts. __Host-cg_market is a readable copy of your market key. Both last 30 days. If you declare being under age, a signed refusal and a readable mark, __Host-cg_denied, are kept for 24 hours instead.

The public pages read the readable cookies in your browser to show or hide the age notice; nothing is sent for that. To suggest your market, the entry page reads the country and region the network derives from your request. They are not stored.

04Your network key

To limit abuse of the forms and to count viewers fairly, the server makes a key from your network: your IPv4 address, or the /64 block of an IPv6 address, hashed with a secret. The key changes every week. Without the secret it cannot be turned back into an address, and keys from different weeks cannot be linked. The address itself is not stored. Form sends are kept against the key for at most 48 hours.

05Live viewer count

While the globe is open, your browser tells the server it is there. The server counts your entry cookie's random session id for 60 seconds, in memory, with your network key so that one network cannot add many viewers. Nothing of it is kept after that.

06The Portal form

Only if you send it: what you typed (casino or channel, company, licences, place, website, packages, message, name, email), the market you declared and the country of your network. It is stored on the server and a copy is emailed to the site's private mailbox at Gmail (Google LLC), to answer you. Both are deleted 12 months after it arrived at the latest: the server's copy automatically, the mailbox's copy by hand. Legal basis: steps you asked for before a contract.

07Problem reports

Only if you send one: the casino, what it is about, your message, the link and email address you chose to add, the market you declared and the country of your network. It is stored on the server and a copy is emailed to the site's private mailbox at Gmail (Google LLC) for the editor. Both are deleted 12 months after it arrived at the latest: the server's copy automatically, the mailbox's copy by hand. A report is never published and changes no licence status. Do not name private persons in it.

08The newsletter

Double opt-in: after you sign up, a confirmation link is mailed to you. Nothing is subscribed until you open it. Stored: your address, a hash of the link's token (never the token), the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the times of sign-up, confirmation and mailing.

An unconfirmed address is deleted after 7 days. A confirmed one stays until you unsubscribe: every issue has an unsubscribe link to the newsletter page, where one button deletes it (a mail program that offers one-click unsubscribe deletes it directly). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

09The check against bots

When the bot check is switched on, the forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Its script loads only once you start filling in a form (a click or a key in it), never when you only read a page, and then reads signals from your browser. To check the result, the server sends it and your IP address to Cloudflare.

10Storage in your browser

Local storage keeps the look sliders, the ticker's pause, whether you hid the reminder line, the language you chose and the language last offered to you. If you choose a language, a readable cookie also keeps that choice, the language code only, for a year. Session storage keeps any unsent Portal or report draft, never its consent box, until the tab closes. The wagering calculator runs in your browser: nothing you type in it is sent or stored.

11Who processes data for the site

Cloudflare hosts the site and carries its traffic. It runs the server code, stores the form entries and the newsletter list, forwards mail to the site's address and, when the bot check is switched on, runs Turnstile. It processes each request's technical data (IP address, time, address, browser) and keeps logs under its own rules. Transfers from the EU and the UK rest on its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

The server writes short log lines of its own (Cloudflare Workers Logs): the daily maintenance summary and its errors. They hold no email address, no IP address and no token; Cloudflare's automatic per-request logs are switched off and query strings are redacted. Cloudflare deletes these lines after 3 days (7 on its paid plan).

No mail service for the newsletter is configured, so the newsletter is closed and sends nothing. It opens only once the service that sends its emails is named here.

The site's private mailbox, where copies of Portal applications and problem reports arrive, is kept at Gmail (Google LLC), under its own privacy policy.

Typefaces are served from the site itself.
