Corrections and right of reply
A record is wrong? Email corrections@casino-globe.com with the licence number, the issuing authority and the link to that licence on its public register. Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and decided within 5 working days. The regulator's register decides.
What to send
- The page and the entry you mean.
- The licence number and the authority that issued it.
- The link to that licence on the authority's own public register.
- If the casino trades under another company's licence (a white label or a sublicence): that company's name, and where the register links the brand or the domain to it.
Only the regulator's register counts as evidence. A seal, a testing lab's certificate or a letter does not change a record. Send no personal data you do not need to.

While an entry is disputed
- The entry stays, labelled “Disputed by operator since [date]”.
- The register is read again. The regulator's register decides, not the operator's letter and not an earlier read.
- The register confirms the licence: the entry is corrected or removed within 48 hours, and the change goes in the change log.
- The entry is kept: you are told why and, on request, your reply of up to 100 words is published beside it.
No entry is added, kept, changed or removed for payment.
A problem with a casino?
A withdrawal, bonus terms, support: use Report a problem on the globe. A person reads every report. Reports are never published and change no licence status. For a dispute with a licensed casino, the regulator's own complaints service is the place to go.
How to read a warning
How to read a warning. Each entry states one fact we checked, with its source and date — for example, "MGA's register recorded this licence as suspended — read 2 Oct 2026" or "The Anjouan register printed an expiry date of 28 Sep 2026; no renewal seen as of 2 Oct 2026". It reports what that source showed on that date. It is not a finding or an allegation that the operator has committed fraud or any other offence. Registers change, and operators may trade under names that differ from the licensed company's. The regulator's register is the authority: check it before relying on an entry.
