- Online casino, online slot machines and online poker prohibited. The NBA licenses only betting: Class A (land-based) and Class B (online). On 10 September 2026 it published the up-to-date list of Class A/B licence holders, their representatives and the licensed premises (arts. 29 and 50 of the Betting Law 2019), with no casino category. The NBA website announces no law opening up online casino as at 25 September 2026. Land-based casino falls under the Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission.
